And suppose I want that listbox to show various XAML shapes for each item in the collection. How do I store the shapes? As resources? What kind of resource, static or dynamic? What does that even mean? How do I tell WPF that a ... Don't get me wrong, Windows, at this point, needs a new GUI development paradigm, but WPF isn't the way to go.
